Me encanta este poema por Langston Hughes. Se titula "Still Here."
"I been scared and battered.
My hopes the wind done scattered.
Snow has friz me,
Sun has baked me,
Looks like between 'em they done
Tried to make me
Stop laughin', stop lovin', stop livin'--
But I don't care!
I'm still here!"
I can relate to this poem in many different regards. It reminds me to keep pushing forward. Aunque las cosas llegan a ser dificiles, there is still reason to continue the pursuit. The pursuit of what, you ask? Of so many things....too many to name.
